About the role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our IT support team as a Help Desk Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving technical issues and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance Log and track customer issues using a ticketing system Resolve technical problems, diagnose and fix software and hardware issues Provide first-line support for basic technical issues, escalating more complex problems to higher-level teams as necessary Update customer accounts and databases with accurate information and status updates Contribute to the development of IT policies, procedures, and best practices Continuously improve technical knowledge and customer service skills Requirements:
