$3,000 Hiring Bonus for Full-Time The Pines at Davidson is hiring a maintenance technician to perform general maintenance on our 50-acre campus.
Our maintenance team supports all, plumbing, electrical, emergency call, swimming pool and HVAC systems among our main buildings and 291 independent living units.

Who you are Prior maintenance experience, preferably in a healthcare, country club college, or residential setting.
Able to read blueprints Knowledge of a variety of building systems Able to execute basic computer functions such as spreadsheets, word documents, website ordering and application software High level of commitment to excellence and willingness to focus on facilities systems for the comfort of our residents Able to engage in prolonged walking, reaching and working on a ladder Able to lift up to 50 pounds What you would do at The Pines Assist with repair of HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
Assist with completion of daily work orders.
Work on-call and weekend duty as scheduled.
Assist other departments as needed with general maintenance duties.
Manage trash and recycling pickup Respond to emergency alarms.
Ensure maintenance shop is clean and organized.
Complete assigned tasks given by Maintenance Supervisor and/or Director of Plant Services.
