Primary to your responsibilities is building training and leading a team of installers and service engineers as you help drive our continued expansion across the United States & Canada.
Serving as key player and working closely with our sales team, you'll be the strategic mind mapping out resources and equipment essential for upcoming installations.
Your team will be the backbone, offering unwavering technical support throughout the entire sales cycle - from pre-sales consultations to seamless installations and post-sales follow-ups.
Taking charge of customer satisfaction, you'll expertly manage escalations, ensuring swift resolutions to any system issues.

Responsibilities:
Build and develop a strong team by managing the recruitment, training, development and performance of the service technicians to ensure the teams' skills and experiences exceed customer expectations, through the utilization of the skills matrix.
Coach, counsel and manage performance for technicians on a regular basis.
Own the install, service, and technical deployment functions in North America, including building the functional teams and processes.
Oversee scheduling of install and service personnel in an efficient and effective manner.
Lead a team of System Engineers that will be responsible for supporting the sales team with technical expertise during the sales process; building the system architecture (sensor placement, hardware selection and configuration, system design, etc.
) for new customer installs; and support problem solving post-install.
Resolve all disputes quickly, ensuring customer satisfaction while managing overall costs.
Responsible for managing all aspects of the installation process, from PO to install complete.
Develop robust project management processes to ensure that each project is completed on time and within budget.
In partnership with internal stakeholders (i.
e.
Product Management), drive continuous improvement of the install process to reduce install cycle time, improve quality of install, and reduce overall installation cost.
Own and manage inventory planning for critical components, including establishing procurement strategies to ensure appropriate level of inventory is on hand; collaborate closely with the Ecoplant sales team to understand pending new installs to build into the inventory and resource plan.
Ensures environmental, health and safety compliance within service team.
Ensure all service personnel follow and maintain safe work habits, including at the customer site.
Basic
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related technical field and 5 years of experience in leading a service-focused team; or 10
years experience in leading a service-focused teamMinimum 5 years of experience with industrial systemsMinimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales or serviceAbility to travel up to 50% of timeMinimum 5 years of experience with industrial compressed air systemsProficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office suite (including Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel)Demonstrated project management skills, including building a project plan and executing against the planStrong communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and self-motivation Preferred
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in improving processes, using methodologies such as Lean principles, 6 sigma improvement principles, etc.
