Summary:
As a member of the North America Services Product Management team, the Contract Manager supports the direct channel in growing recurring service revenue including but not limited to Ingersoll Rand's CARE portfolio (service agreements).
The position will be responsible for the management and growth of service contracts.
The position will be required to manage all Services commercial contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements.
Make complex business decisions involving long-term risk assessment and profitability management.
Direct and train Sales, Sr.
Management and channels on contract management and policy compliance matters.
The Contracts Manager conducts contract negotiations, and administration of contracting activities; works on complex customer problems.
Frequently interacts with customers and/or functional peer groups.
Frequent interaction with key IR Channel Leaders and VP's is required.
Due to the high profile of the Business opportunity and the organizational impact for growth and recurring revenue, frequent communication opportunities to high levels of Sr.
management (VP level and higher) within organization are required.
Responsibilities:
Must have experience and a thorough knowledge of all aspects of contract formation, negotiation and administration, along with exceptional business acumen and analytical skills.
Must have a demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, develop/implement contract strategy, and experience setting business and contracting policy as it relates to these areas.
Must be able to interact effectively with sales professionals and sales management and be able to work in a team environment.
Must possess excellent communication skills, and ability to prioritize assignments.
Must be a proven leader with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Will require regular direct interaction with customers.
Create and deliver compelling communications to energize the North America sales teams.
Create and manage the knowledge management collateral.
Provide direction and content for marketing collateral.
Develop and deploy sales tools and calculators as needed to empower sales teams.
Collaborate on sales strategy with sales teams for large sales opportunities.
Initiate and lead countermeasures for channel team performance.
Provide effective training programs to channel sales teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Finance or other related degree A minimum of 3-5 years of industrial business experience, with a focus on contract negotiations Paralegal certification is a plus, but not required Experience in the compressed air industry is a plus, but not required Key Competencies:
Strong interpersonal skills Compelling presentation and communication skills (external and internal) Demonstrated project management skills Solid organization skills and flexibility to handle a variety of time sensitive tasks and projects Business Acumen Preferred experience in CRM databases and expertise in working with Salesforce and Siebel Strong selling skills Influence and results from working with others in a team environment PandoLogic.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
