Position does not have to sit in Davidson, NC. Flexibility in location near major US airport Develop and execute the Account plan(s) through identifying growth strategies in collaboration with channel marketing & product teams Deliver assigned targets for retail sales, margins, and volume while working with internal stakeholders to ensure that key ''report card'' metrics are met or exceeded Develop and cultivate account relationships with buyers/merchandise managers, marketing managers, and demand planners. Identify cross functional as well as senior management relationships relevant to achieving goals. Communicate performance metrics and program information to retail partners on a consistent basis Proactively assess, clarify, and validate account needs Make sales presentations and manage all aspects of the line review process Manage Reps to optimize value and service offered to those accounts
Must have good analytical, statistical and problem solving skills Good interpersonal/customer relation skills; good verbal and written communications; ability to develop and implement strategic plans. Proficiency at defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions Strong business acumen and negotiation skills Strong computer skills Strong commitment to customer satisfaction Experience with Home Center / Hardware Channels and Automotive Aftermarket preferred Must be proactive and results oriented with the ability to influence a cross functional team.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
