General Manager Needed for Start-Up (Awesome) Bakery & Desert Lounge
We are looking for an experienced, passionate and fun general manager to help us create and then run a new gourmet cookie shop and dessert lounge concept up in Lake Norman. This individual will be the core brain of a unique and eclectic group looking to get Cookie off the ground.
The ideal G.M. would be an experienced manager of an existing bakery, lounge, coffee shop etc. They must have the energy, drive and passion to be part of creating something wonderful.
Make no mistake, this is not a small position. You will need to be a self-manager, lead our team of crazies with advice and expertise, enjoy spirited banter and, once open, hire and run the day-to-day operations of the shop.
We are located in Davidson, NC and are looking to get off the ground as quickly as possible. If you are the person we are looking for, you already know how much time and dedication this will take, so only apply if you are ready for what is required!
