Job Summary:
Partners with the Engineering and Technology Leadership Team to mature world\-class Engineering project execution effectiveness\. Leads and directs strategic projects at the enterprise level which enable standard work and evolution of the Company\-wide Projects\-Business Operating System \(BOS\)\. Leads the governance of project management standard work to foster a strong community of practice in Project Management practices across the enterprise\. Fosters relationships with external partners in project management execution\. Utilizes Lean Product Development expertise to improve project execution across the enterprise in product development\.
Responsibilities:
+ Champions the partnership with the PMO organization to mature and grow project management standard work and governance for the Enterprise\. Ensures standard and consistent use of the BOS in Project Management Execution\.
+ Fosters relationships with external partners in project management execution\.
+ Communicates project status, activities, issues, and risks to key stakeholders\.
+ Implements and communicates changes across the enterprise through engineering news flashes, presentations and meetings, Business Operating System updates, and/or business specific communication vehicles\.
+ Interfaces with and supports Value Stream leaders through leadership of strategic projects\. directly linked to north box goals\.
+ Provides subject matter expertise in project management and PMI standards to the enterprise\.
+ Provides subject matter expertise in Lean Product Development methodologies, and fosters\. improvement in product development cycle time\.
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor?s Degree in engineering, required\.
+ Design engineering experience required: must have contributed to the design execution of a product\.
+ A minimum of 15 years combined work experience in project management and engineering, actively participating, leading and delivering projects within established quality, delivery and cost performance metrics\.
+ Lean Product Development experience preferred; must have led, delivered and managed product development projects in a lean product development environment
+ Expert understanding of the waterfall or stage gate process for project execution\.
+ Expert in Project Management methodologies governed by the Project Management Institute\.
+ Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal skills, team management, and effective communication\.
Key Competencies:
+ Ability to drive collaborative working relationships with each SBU to drive common processes and tools required to deliver engineering operations excellence
+ Ability to think strategically, and recommend strategies and direction for product development at Ingersoll Rand\.
+ Ability to travel up to 25%

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
