Accounts Payable, Billing 3

Kforce has a client in search of an Accounts Payable, Billing 3 in Davidson, North Carolina (NC).Essential Functions:
Review and analysis of real estate lease CAM charges to ensure compliance with lease language
Manage and track incoming CAM invoices to ensure timely review and payment
Responsible for incoming department email account inquires on missing rent, rent adjustments, account analyses and other landlord inquires
Coordinate Estoppels and SNDA's under tight timelines
Prepare leases and other legal documents for execution, follow-up to ensure timely execution
Print and prepare files for Project Managers
General office filing, scanning to shared drive and archiving
Associate degree in business or accounting required, Bachelor degree a plus
5 to 7 years financial and/or real estate administration experience required
Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking
Ability to work independently and manage one's time
Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related lease administration or accounting software
Demonstrated strong administrative skills. Intermediate MS Excel skills
A real estate lease administration background would be perfect fit

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
