Requisition ID : 1353  Employment Type : Full Time          Grade : Exempt 13  Job Category : Human Resources                                              Work Location :  Davidson, NC (CSC)  State or Province : North Carolina (US-NC)      Potential Work Location : United States : New York : Melville United States : North Carolina : Davidson    BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY:   The HRIS Administrator will ensure the integrity, accuracy and proper use of HR information retrieved from the systems.  The HRIS Administrator will also act as a liaison with the HR functional teams and IT technical team, support the HR team with technology and reporting requests. This individual will also develop, maintain and complete management reports and statistical information within prescribed timeframes.   DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:   Projects/Process Improvement (30% of time): Recommends process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions, policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. Serves as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll). Uses project management skills in managing projects. Assists in the requirements gathering, creating of user test scripts, testing and implementation of new projects and enhancements. May provide overall project management for a given HR initiative. Position Management (25% of time): Manages positions within the organization.  Monitors movements and creation of new positions.  Reports on open positions and creation of new positions weekly or ad hoc as needed.   Production Support (20% of time): Provides support for HRIS, including researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; performing scheduled activities; recommending solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements and auditreporting/research. Reports/Queries (10% of time): Writes, maintains and supports a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data. System Maintenance (5% of time): Assists in the review, testing and implementation of HRIS upgrades or patches. Collaborates with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Documents process and results. Training (5% of time): Develops user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Trains teams on new processes/functionality. Trains new system users. Individual Development (5% of time): Maintains awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. Examines trends in information systems training, materials and techniques. Through classes, reading, or other mechanisms, continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge. Participate in user group meetings/conferences. Administrative tasks as needed. Fosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure unity of purpose and fulfillment of MSC's mission. Participate in projects and performs additional duties as required.     EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:   Bachelor's Degree in related field or the equivalent experience is required. A minimum five years HR Operations experience is required. Experience with SuccessFactors or otherHRIS systemsrequired.         SKILLS: The ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities, and provide problem analysis and resolutions at the strategic level is required. Advanced level MS Office skills are required; including experience with SharePoint. Proficient using 3rd party reporting tools and HRIS reporting tools preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills are required. Attention-to-detail and strong analytical skills is required. Excellent organizational and analytical skills required.   OTHER REQUIREMENTS:   Knowledge of information systems development and implementation, as well as knowledge of business processes and applications.   Must have strong problem-solving techniques and be able to effectively present information and facilitate discussions. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, but also be a team player. Demonstrated ability to handle and maintain confidential information. Ability to collaborate with functional teams as well as working effectively as a team member. Creative with suggesting enhancements that align with our strategy. Strong process and system skills. Proficiency with numbers and strong attention to detail. Strong team work, excellent follow-through, with verbal and written communication skills. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
