Job Summary:
The ACESControls Application Engineer II is a senior level position participating as amember of the Centralized Services ACES (Automation & Controls ExpertServices) Team to support the USA with on-site commercial Building AutomationSystem support and remote services. The job duties range from remoteprogramming, engineering and graphics, traveling to job sites within the regionto assist with installations, checkout and commissioning, systems integrationand training.
Performing a variety of tasks as amember of the Centralized Services ACES team.
On-site installation, checkout andcommissioning of Trane controls.
Custom programming for job-specificapplications.
Engineering using the CSET softwaretool.
Field tech andcustomer training.
Product Development Teamassignments, including functional design, new product testing and productliterature development.
Majority of travel limited to theUnited States, some international travel may be possible based on needs.
ExpectedTravel: 75%
Associate'sDegree and at least 5 years of HVAC controls installation & programmingexperience required; OR an equivalent combination of education and workexperience required.
Bachelor'sDegree in Engineering is a plus.

Performa variety of tasks as a member of the Centralized Services ACES team to supportTrane Sales offices in the United States.
Soundworking knowledge of HVAC fundamentals, systems, equipment, and controls.
On-siteinstallation, checkout and commissioning of Trane controls.
Customprogramming for job-specific applications.
Demonstrateinitiative to work independently with the ability to meet deadlines within astressful environment.
Effectiveoral and written skills to communicate with customers and colleagues.
Local field tech and customer training.
Complexintegration projects communicating across multiple building automationprotocols.
ComplexIT and BACnet Network Knowledge is preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
